All Epokhe products come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, whether bought online or through a partner retailer. To make a claim, you’ll need:
- Your order number
- Purchase date
- Full name
- A description of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g. photos)

How it works:
- Applies to lost or broken frames purchased within 24 months
- Email customercare@epokhe.co with your order number and what happened to claim your discount
Faulty Returns Needing Repair
If you have a faulty item for repair, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Include your original invoice and a brief description of the fault. Once received, our team will inspect the item and arrange a repair or refund. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. You’ll be contacted via email with your RA number and further details.

Return T&C's
- No refunds or exchanges on sale items, promotional offers, or custom polarized lenses.
- No in-person exchanges at the warehouse. Please contact customer service for any special requirements.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted.
If returning boxed goods, they must be in original, unmarked packaging and in good condition. When posting returns, place the original box inside a satchel—do not attach labels or tape directly to the box. Items returned with damaged or marked packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
